Our coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs and may incorporate a combination of energy healing, guided imagery/hypnotherapy, channeled and intuitive guidance, attunements and activations, human design analysis, and spiritual teaching. We embark on a long-term journey, meeting weekly for an hour and a half, with a week off for integration. I firmly believe that the healing process is a collaborative one—I am not here to do the work for you but to guide you towards your true self. You will receive soul work assignments, meditations, and exercises between sessions, and I am here to hold you accountable. The results you achieve are directly proportional to the effort you invest.
